Question: Error message: Access Violation

Every time I try to open a DVD or subsequent DVD I get the following message "Address Violation at address#in module 'dvdRipperWizard.exe'. Read of address# can you tell how I can remedy this issue?

As to "access violation" problem:
One legal DVD Folder, must contains VIDEO_TS directory, and there must be VIDEO_TS.IFO file under VIDEO_TS directory, this file contains the DVD menu and basic configuration information.

It seems the compatibility of this program is not so good to some certain dvds.
It relies on the error notice. e.g.: if the disk is full? etc.
When open it, make sure there is the "VIDEO_TS" directory in the diretory which you choose. e.g.: choose "e:" and make sure it has "e:\VIDEO_TS" diretory.
We recommend you use avi (mpeg4) - if the compressor contains DVD to AVI, do not need to download this codec.
